Bluefront Equity
In 2023, we delivered Bluefront’s joint pavilion through an exhibition agency. This time, the client contacted us directly – allowing us to deliver a more cost-effective project without an expensive intermediary.
The assignment was to create an inviting and functional joint pavilion with meeting rooms, a potential second floor, and space for eight sub-exhibitors with equally distributed areas. Bluefront wanted a cohesive design that highlighted all exhibitors equally, without letting their own logo dominate the stand.
With our experience, we developed a concept that combined practical solutions with a professional look:
- A spacious backroom for storage
- A lounge area on the ground floor
- A private meeting room on the second floor
- Equal presentation spaces for all exhibitors, including screen solutions and room for physical products
To make the stand more accessible and inviting, we designed a clear reception area at the front that served as a natural meeting point. In addition, we added several smaller seating areas so exhibitors could easily welcome visitors and clients without getting in each other’s way.
The result was a cohesive, well-organized, and flexible stand that showcased both Bluefront and the eight exhibitors in a professional way.
